Delivery times:

• As items are mostly handmade Bedazzle will aim to dispatch goods within 5 to 6 weeks of wedding date depending on stock.
• Allow a further 2 weeks for commissions.
• Please contact us if you require something urgently and we will do our best to accommodate.
• During busy periods it may be necessary to alter these delivery times, but we will inform you immediately by e-mail.

Shipping rates:

• We use Royal Mail / Consignia to ship all our parcels. All items are sent recorded and will require a signature upon delivery. We will e-mail you immediately when we have despatched your items.
• If you would like us to insure any items before despatch please contact us by email before placing an order.
• UK postage is included within the price of the item.
• Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery.
• Please contact us for overseas shipping rates.

Payment Information:

• The following methods of payment are accepted:
  
  Personal Cheque (UK customers only)
• If you wish to pay for an item by cheque, simply email us at info@bedazzlejewellery.com with the product name, product code and quantity to secure your order. 
• Please e-mail us to discuss customised items. A non returnable deposit of 25% will be required to secure your special order payable by cheque.  Please note a surcharge will apply for special order beads (not currently held in stock e.g. black, burgundy etc). Please contact me for further details.
• Your order will be processed after funds have cleared usually 5 working days.

  Credit/Debit Card
• Using Paypal- available to both UK and International customers
• Debit & credit card payment can be made using Paypal which is secure and free to use. If you already have a Paypal account you can log in and click on send money.
• If you haven’t don’t worry as setting up a Paypal account is easy.
• Please note: When using this payment method full payment is required to process your order.
  
  
  
  Credit/Debit Card
• All items in our Portfolio are available to Buy It Now. Simply click on pink shopping basket in the picture of the item you wish to purchase. This will take you through to our shopping cart where you can add as many items as you like, before being taken through to PayPal's secure checkout process. Please note Paypal will not add any postage costs, as this is already included in the cost of the item.
• As most items are individually handcrafted, the delivery time for Buy It Now items is usually 5 to 6 weeks and a further 2 weeks for special orders.  For multiple purchases please allow up to 8 weeks.
