By purchasing a product or service from this website you agree to the following:

1. Payment

• If purchasing an item directly from our website (no alterations required), we require payment in full.
• If customising an item, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance to be paid prior to your goods being dispatched.
  
  2. Payment Methods
  We accept the following forms of payment:

• Personal Cheque (UK Customers only) for customised and bespoke items only.
• Credit and Debit Card via PayPal for all purchases direct from the website.
• Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of funds.
  
  4. Postage & Shipping prices

• UK postage is included within the price of the item.
• International Customers – Goods will be sent by Airmail to International Customers. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase. Bedazzle is not responsible for any import taxes/charges incurred from your purchase.
  
  5. Returns Policy
  If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us within 3 days of delivery. A refund will be provided for the cost of the goods ordered provided they are returned:

• In their original new condition & packaged securely.
• Within 7 days (UK) of purchase and before the date of the Wedding.
• For International Customers, returns accepted within 14 days.

No postage or shipping costs will be refunded.

• As most of our products are handcrafted slight variations may occur than the items you see on our website. Materials used in making our products are the responsibility of our suppliers and may occasionally differ from what is shown.
• All items leave Bedazzle in perfect condition. Any items that are damaged during transit may be returned for replacement or refund.
  
  7. Disclaimer

• All our items are made to the highest standard. Tiaras are solely made as hair accessories and should be kept out of the reach of small children. We therefore advise that all children, especially those under the age of 5 be supervised at all times as swallowed beads are a choking hazard.  Bedazzle accepts no responsibility for injury caused by the destruction or misuse of these items. Due to the delicate nature of tiaras and jewellery Bedazzle accepts no responsibility for careless, intentional, misuse of items by customer and will not offer a refund on any items which have been mistreated.   8. Ownership Rights

• All our designs are exclusive to Bedazzle and remain the property of Bedazzle. We reserve the right to use designs in publicity material and to use any customer feedback on our website.
• No part of this website or any of the designs may be copied or used without the sole  permission of Bedazzle. 
  
  9. Privacy Statement 

• Bedazzle will not disclose any of your details to a third party.
• All details provided will be used to used to facilitate your order only.
• No details e.g credit card details will be kept on file.
